Homemade Natural Remedy for Regulating Blood Cholesterol

One of the common problems that more and more people are experiencing is elevated blood lipids, cholesterol and triglycerides. We shall now introduce an efficient and, in these recent years, very popular remedy for regulating blood fats.

This mixture has been tried out by people and the ingredients are available in almost every store. Ingredients:

● 200gr. of flaxseed,

● 100 gr. of pumpkin seeds,

● 100 gr. sesame seeds

● 100 gr. of sunflower seeds

● a tablespoon of cinnamon

● natural apple cider vinegar

All the seeds should be fresh or unroasted. The pumpkin seeds can be peeled or unpeeled without any salt. You should first grind all the seeds in a coffee grinder or in another suitable apparatus and then add the cinnamon. Each morning add one to two tablespoons of the mixture to a glass of lukewarm water and then add a tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar. Stir the mixture well and let it stand 5 – 10 minutes. Then stir well again before drinking.

This mixture should be consumed for at least 4 weeks or more depending on how elevated your lipids are. After you have used up the whole mixture, you can make a new one. After 5-6 weeks, you can do a blood test and the results should show significant fat reduction.
